Here is a quick, healthy snack recipe to enjoy avocados:
- 2 organic Avocados
- 1/2 organic red onion
- 1 organic Tomato
- A handful of cilantro
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- A dash of Himalayan salt
- A dash of Lime
Optional (Add red, yellow or green bell peppers)
Mix everything together and enjoy!!!
